This policy covers liability of employer towards their employees for death &/or bodily injury of the employee by work accident. In addition to this the policy may be extended to cover loss wages and/or medical expenses following work accident .

Employers Liability

The insured will be indemnified against their liability to employees at law for damages in respect of death, bodily injury by accident to the insured's employees arising out of and in the course of employment.
